POSTAGE

We will endeavour to supply all orders as soon as payment is received/cleared. Otherwise we will contact you with delivery details.

Postage is provided by Australia Post and is automatically added to your account within the shopping cart facility of this website. A small handling fee is also charged to cover packaging.

There is also the free shipping option of "Customer Pickup". You can pickup your order from The Horse Stall on location.

REFUNDS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

Method of Refund
The Horse Stall will refund to your Paypal account or we can post a cheque.

All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement if possible, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
