Q: How quickly can I expect my order to be despatched?

A: Orders are processed the same or next working day where possible. For orders received late on Friday or over the weekend, despatch will be on the following Monday. Orders paid for by Direct Bank Deposit will not be despatched until payment has been cleared/received.

Q: How much will the postage charges be for my particular order?

A: There is a "Postage Guide" section below the shopping cart where you can see what postage will be and what options are available, before ordering.
Postage is provided by Australia Post and is automatically added to your account within the shopping cart facility of this website.

Q: What is your returns policy for purchases made from The Horse Stall's website?

A: The Horse Stall's Return and Exchange Policy.

Q: Is international shipping available?

A: Yes, we currently ship internationally to most countries.

Q: What postage methods are available?

A: We currently offer a variety of delivery options through Australia Post. There is a "Shipping Estimate" section below the shopping cart where you can see what postage options are available, before ordering.

Q: Which forms of payment are accepted?

A:
  • Visa or Mastercard via our secure payment gateway.
  • PayPal with your PayPal account.
  • Direct bank deposit.

Q: How do I know when my order has been received?

A: Once your order has been received, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. We advise that you keep this email for your records.

Q: How do I know when my order has been despatched?

A: Once your order has been despatched, we will send you an email as confirmation with any tracking information.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Once you have clicked Confirm Order, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact The Horse Stall as soon as possible. Please note that most orders process quickly and can be despatched the same day as the order. If your order has already been despatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Q: Can I post my order to an office or residential address different from my billing address?

A: Yes, you can send it to an office address or a residential address other than your billing address. Especially useful if it is a gift.
Just select the "Change Address" button on the Shipping Information page at checkout.

Q: Can I get my order gift wrapped?

A: The Horse Stall offers a free gift wrapping service for your convenience. Please put a comment in the "Gift wrapping required?" section of the checkout page if you would like your order gift wrapped. Please note:  all items will be wrapped as one unless specifically requested. If you would like a note card included also put the details with your comments.

Most items are gift wrapped with brown Kraft paper and raffia ribbon. Orders of a small nature, such as jewellery, will be placed in a pillow box or organza gift bag.

No invoice or pricing information is sent with gift wrapped items.

Q: Are the product images on your website photographs of the actual merchandise?

A: Yes, all product images on The Horse Stall's website are images of our actual products. Please note, however, that some colours and images might display differently on different screens.
